My goal is to help instill confidence in your ability to safely and effectively handle firearms. My method of teaching is simple, be humble and patient while focusing on safety. I understand everyone is different, some people may need some extra time on a particular lesson. I will tailor my instruction around you.
Lastly, a bit about myself. I have worked in Law Enforcement for over 21 years. Prior to this, I had absolutely no firearms experience. When I first arrived at the law enforcement academy I was very intimidated with the firearms training. Subsequently, I ended up being one of the top shooters in my class! Since then, I have been through many types of firearms training. I became a Certified Firearms Instructor in 2007. Additionally, I am certified to teach the Texas License to Carry Course.
